Dani! You are an amazing woman! I could not have picked a better midwife/supporter for myself. Your vibe, your character, and your energy most matched mine! Thank you for making me so comfortable, I honestly will miss seeing you, talking to you, and getting advice from you. I truly appreciate everything you said and did for not only me, but my mom, my son, and my husband too. This pregnancy and journey wouldn’t have been possible without you! I am eternally grateful for you. You gave me strength, and courage, and kept my breathing calm. Please keep being not only an amazing midwife but person too!

Hard to sum up my gratitude with a few words but wanted to say thanks from the bottom of my heart. I will always remember you telling me to listen to my daughter’s little heart beating so strong and steady during labor and your reassurance that she was just fine. You made me feel so capable and lent me some of your calm. Keep doing what you’re doing, you’re darn good at it!

Dani, I can’t put into words how grateful I am for you. You are everything I needed to confidently bring my little one into this world: confident, caring, calm; exactly what I would describe the perfect midwife to be. I love you so much and would have 100 more sweet babies to be able to see you regularly. Biggest hugs and love, thank you for everything!

After having a traumatic hospital birth with my first baby I knew I wanted a different experience when I unexpectedly was pregnant again 10 years later. I decided to go with a birth center and met with the owner. She said she’d match me with a midwife and I remember thinking to myself, what if we’re not a good fit and I started to pray. I knew right when she said “My name is Dani”, that my prayers were answered. Dani is my baby sister’s name and she is my best friend. I took this as a sign from God. She was the calm when I was a wreck most of my pregnancy. During my daughter’s delivery I was amazed at how poised she was when my daughter’s heart rate dropped too low. She called the paramedics just in case but never lost her cool. She knew my worst fear was ending up in an ambulance. I still don’t know how I made it from the birthing tub to the bed but she readjusted my baby’s head and reassured me I could do it. I didn’t feel like I could do it but I knew I trusted her and about three pushes later I met my miracle baby and she told one of the other midwives to let the paramedics know we didn’t need them. I know I couldn’t have gotten through my pregnancy/labor & delivery without Dani. She was an answer to prayer and helped me believe that my body was capable of what it was made to do. She will always have a special place in my heart for helping me bring my daughter into this world.
